2022-07-11netfilter: nf_conntrack: use rcu accessors where neededFlorian Westphal1-3/+13
Sparse complains about direct access to the 'helper' and timeout members. Both have __rcu annotation, so use the accessors. xt_CT is fine, accesses occur before the structure is visible to other cpus. Switch to rcu accessors there as well to reduce noise. 2022-07-11netfilter: nf_conntrack: add missing __rcu annotationsFlorian Westphal1-1/+1
Access to the hook pointers use correct helpers but the pointers lack the needed __rcu annotation. Signed-off-by: Florian Westphal <fw@strlen.de> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
2022-05-13netfilter: conntrack: add nf_ct_iter_data object for nf_ct_iterate_cleanup*()Pablo Neira Ayuso1-1/+6
This patch adds a structure to collect all the context data that is passed to the cleanup iterator. struct nf_ct_iter_data { struct net *net; void *data; u32 portid; int report; }; There is a netns field that allows to clean up conntrack entries specifically owned by the specified netns. 2022-02-09netfilter: cttimeout: use option structureFlorian Westphal1-18/+13
Instead of two exported functions, export a single option structure. Signed-off-by: Florian Westphal <fw@strlen.de> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
2022-02-04netfilter: conntrack: remove extension register apiFlorian Westphal1-17/+0
These no longer register/unregister a meaningful structure so remove it. Cc: Paul Blakey <paulb@nvidia.com> Signed-off-by: Florian Westphal <fw@strlen.de> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
2022-02-04netfilter: conntrack: move extension sizes into coreFlorian Westphal1-1/+0
No need to specify this in the registration modules, we already collect all sizes for build-time checks on the maximum combined size. After this change, all extensions except nat have no meaningful content in their nf_ct_ext_type struct definition. Next patch handles nat, this will then allow to remove the dynamic register api completely. Signed-off-by: Florian Westphal <fw@strlen.de> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
2022-02-04netfilter: conntrack: make all extensions 8-byte alignnedFlorian Westphal1-1/+0
All extensions except one need 8 byte alignment, so just make that the default. Signed-off-by: Florian Westphal <fw@strlen.de> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>

Include some headers in files which require them, and remove others which are not required. Signed-off-by: Jeremy Sowden <jeremy@azazel.net> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>

2019-03-28netfilter: Export nf_ct_{set,destroy}_timeout()Yi-Hung Wei1-0/+89
This patch exports nf_ct_set_timeout() and nf_ct_destroy_timeout(). The two functions are derived from xt_ct_destroy_timeout() and xt_ct_set_timeout() in xt_CT.c, and moved to nf_conntrack_timeout.c without any functional change. It would be useful for other users (i.e. OVS) that utilizes the finer-grain conntrack timeout feature. 2018-08-07netfilter: cttimeout: decouple timeout policy from nfnetlink_cttimeout objectPablo Neira Ayuso1-3/+3
The timeout policy is currently embedded into the nfnetlink_cttimeout object, move the policy into an independent object. This allows us to reuse part of the existing conntrack timeout extension from nf_tables without adding dependencies with the nfnetlink_cttimeout object layout. 2018-08-07netfilter: cttimeout: move ctnl_untimeout to nf_conntrackHarsha Sharma1-0/+17
As, ctnl_untimeout is required by nft_ct, so move ctnl_timeout from nfnetlink_cttimeout to nf_conntrack_timeout and rename as nf_ct_timeout. Signed-off-by: Harsha Sharma <harshasharmaiitr@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>

2012-03-07netfilter: nf_ct_ext: add timeout extensionPablo Neira Ayuso1-0/+60
This patch adds the timeout extension, which allows you to attach specific timeout policies to flows. This extension is only used by the template conntrack. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
