Skip register tracking for expressions that perform read-only operations
on the registers. Define and use a cookie pointer NFT_REDUCE_READONLY to
avoid defining stubs for these expressions.
This patch re-enables register tracking which was disabled in ed5f85d42290
("netfilter: nf_tables: disable register tracking"). Follow up patches
add remaining register tracking for existing expressions.

Prior to commit fa538f7cf05aa ("netfilter: nf_reject: add reject skbuff
creation helpers"), nft_reject_bridge did not assign to nskb->dev before
passing nskb on to br_forward(). The shared skbuff creation helpers
introduced in above commit do which seems to confuse br_forward() as
reject statements in prerouting hook won't emit a packet anymore.
Fix this by simply passing NULL instead of 'dev' to the helpers - they
use the pointer for just that assignment, nothing else.

Bridge family is using the same static init and dump function as inet.
This patch removes duplicate code unifying these functions body into
nft_reject.c so they can be reused in the rest of families supporting

Some protocols have other means to verify the payload integrity
(AH, ESP, SCTP) while others are incompatible with nf_ip(6)_checksum
implementation because checksum is either optional or might be
partial (UDPLITE, DCCP, GRE). Because nf_ip(6)_checksum was used
to validate the packets, ip(6)tables REJECT rules were not capable
to generate ICMP(v6) errors for the protocols mentioned above.
This commit also fixes the incorrect pseudo-header protocol used
for IPv4 packets that carry other transport protocols than TCP or
UDP (pseudo-header used protocol 0 iso the proper value).

It seems like a historic accident that these return unsigned char *,

Make these functions return void * and remove all the casts across

When we want to validate the expr's dependency or hooks, we must do two
things to accomplish it. First, write a X_validate callback function
and point ->validate to it. Second, call X_validate in init routine.
This is very common, such as fib, nat, reject expr and so on ...
It is a little ugly, since we will call X_validate in the expr's init
routine, it's better to do it in nf_tables_newexpr. So we can avoid to
do this again and again. After doing this, the second step listed above
is not useful anymore, remove them now.
Patch was tested by nftables/tests/py/nft-test.py and
nftables/tests/shell/run-tests.sh.

Before this patch we had two flavors of most forwarding functions -
_forward and _deliver, the difference being that the latter are used
when the packets are locally originated. Instead of all this function
pointer passing and code duplication, we can just pass a boolean noting
that the packet was locally originated and use that to perform the
necessary checks in __br_forward. This gives a minor performance
improvement but more importantly consolidates the forwarding paths.
Also add a kernel doc comment to explain the exported br_forward()'s
arguments.

More recent GCC warns about two kinds of switch statement uses:
1) Switching on an enumeration, but not having an explicit case
statement for all members of the enumeration. To show the
compiler this is intentional, we simply add a default case
with nothing more than a break statement.
2) Switching on a boolean value. I think this warning is dumb
but nevertheless you get it wholesale with -Wswitch.
This patch cures all such warnings in netfilter.

bridge reject handling is not straightforward, there are many subtle
differences depending on configuration.
skb->dev is either the bridge port (PRE_ROUTING) or the bridge
itself (INPUT), so we need to use indev instead.
Also, checksum validation will only work reliably if we trim skb
according to the l3 header size.
While at it, add csum validation for ipv6 and skip existing tests
if skb was already checked e.g. by GRO.

If the packet is received via the bridge stack, this cannot reject
packets from the IP stack.
This adds functions to build the reject packet and send it from the
bridge stack. Comments and assumptions on this patch:
1) Validate the IPv4 and IPv6 headers before further processing,
given that the packet comes from the bridge stack, we cannot assume
they are clean. Truncated packets are dropped, we follow similar
approach in the existing iptables match/target extensions that need
to inspect layer 4 headers that is not available. This also includes
packets that are directed to multicast and broadcast ethernet
addresses.
2) br_deliver() is exported to inject the reject packet via
bridge localout -> postrouting. So the approach is similar to what
we already do in the iptables reject target. The reject packet is
sent to the bridge port from which we have received the original
packet.
3) The reject packet is forged based on the original packet. The TTL
is set based on sysctl_ip_default_ttl for IPv4 and per-net
ipv6.devconf_all hoplimit for IPv6.

This patch introduces the NFT_REJECT_ICMPX_UNREACH type which provides
an abstraction to the ICMP and ICMPv6 codes that you can use from the
inet and bridge tables, they are:
* NFT_REJECT_ICMPX_NO_ROUTE: no route to host - network unreachable
* NFT_REJECT_ICMPX_PORT_UNREACH: port unreachable
* NFT_REJECT_ICMPX_HOST_UNREACH: host unreachable
* NFT_REJECT_ICMPX_ADMIN_PROHIBITED: administratevely prohibited
You can still use the specific codes when restricting the rule to match
the corresponding layer 3 protocol.
I decided to not overload the existing NFT_REJECT_ICMP_UNREACH to have
different semantics depending on the table family and to allow the user
to specify ICMP family specific codes if they restrict it to the
corresponding family.
