This patch adds missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE definition which generates
correct modalias for automatic loading of this driver when it is built
as an external module.

Declare hwbus_ops structures as const as they are only passed as an
argument to the function cw1200_core_probe. This argument is of type
const. So, make these structures const.

These files all use functions declared in interrupt.h, but currently rely
on implicit inclusion of this file (via netns/xfrm.h).
That won't work anymore when the flow cache is removed so include that
header where needed.
