Instead of only allowing the caller to decide whether the CMD_ASYNC
flag is set, let it pass the entire flags bitmask. This allows more
flexibility and will be needed when we call this function in the
suspend flow (where other flags are needed).

ECHO_CMD is a simple command that can be sent to the
firmware just to check that it is alive.
This command is useful for debug purpose, provide a debugfs
hook to send it.

This debugfs entry was implemented just as a proof-of-concept before
the full support for netdetect via cfg80211/mac80211 was implemented.
Now that we have a proper way to enable netdetect from userspace, this
entry is redundant and should be removed to avoid unnecessary
maintenance work.

My static checker complains that we don't check for underflows in
iwl_dbgfs_fw_dbg_conf_write(). This is harmless because we have a
sanity check in iwl_mvm_start_fw_dbg_conf(), but we may as well make
this unsigned and silence the underflow warning.

There is no need to use hex_dump_to_buffer() in the cases like this:
hexdump_to_buffer(buf, len, 16, 1, outbuf, outlen, false); /* len <= 16 */
sprintf("%s\n", outbuf);
since it maybe easily converted to simple:
sprintf("%*ph\n", len, buf);
Note: it seems in one case the output is groupped by 2 bytes and looks like a
typo. Thus, patch changes that to plain byte stream.

Change the FW debug trigger tlv to include a monitor only
option. Setting this option to true will cause fw dump triggers
to only collect monitor data and skip other dumps such as
SMEM, SRAM, CSR, PRPH, etc.
This option is used when accessing the different parts of the
firmware memory is not wanted and can cause unwanted behavior
like when debugging TX latency.

Currently, loading the firmware fails when it has higher API or CAPA
bits than the driver supports. That's an issue with integration.
At the same time, actually using api[0] and capa[0] will become
confusing when we also have api[1] and capa[1], and it's almost
certain that we'll mix up the bits and use the bits for api[1] with
api[0] by accident.
Avoid all this by translating the API/CAPA bits to the regular kernel
test_bit() format, and also providing wrapper functions. Also use the
__bitwise__ facility of sparse to check that we're testing the right
one.

commit b112889c5af8124 ("iwlwifi: mvm: add Aux ROC request/response flow")
added aux ROC flow in addition to the existing ROC flow. While doing
it, it moved the ROC reference release to a common work item, which
is being called for both the ROC and aux ROC flows.
This resulted in invalid reference accounting, as no reference was
taken in case of aux ROC, while a reference was released on completion.
Fix it by adding a reference for the aux ROC as well, and release
only the relevant references on completion (according to the set bits).
While at it, convert cancel_work_sync() to flush_work(), in order
to make sure the references are being cleaned properly.

Our testers need to know the number of scans performed while in
net-detect mode before the device wakes up. The firmware already
passes this information to the driver, so we can save it and report it
in a debugfs entry.

The firmware was not using the new API, so we don't need to
differentiate between the different stages of this new API.
The main difference here is that most of the hard coded
values are not sent through the command anymore.

Now that the firmware dump can be triggered by events in
the code and not only the user or an firmware ASSERT, we
need a way to know why the firmware dump was triggered.
Add a section in the dump file for that.

Most of the time, the issues we want to debug with the
firmware dump mechanism are transient. It is then very
hard to stop the recording on time and get meaningful
data.
In order to solve this, I add here an infrastucture
of triggers. The user will supply a list of triggers
that will start / stop the recording. We have two types
of triggers: start and stop. Start triggers can start a
specific configuration. The stop triggers will be able to
kick the collection of the data with the currently running
configuration. These triggers are given to the driver by
the .ucode file - just like the configuration.
In the next patches, I'll add triggers in the code.

There's no need to duplicate the structure field name in the string,
just generate the string in the macro that's there anyway. To keep
the debugfs output the same, rename one (otherwise unused) field.

In case platform is in d0i3 - make sure it is awake when
writing the registers to stop the monitor when collecting FW
debug data. Plus, remove unneeded mutex locking currently
done.

This option enables scan offload iteration complete notification from
firmware which includes the last iteration's status and the scanned
channels from the current iteration.

This allows to collect the logs even if the firmware hasn't
crashed. Of course, crashing the firmware is an option, but
this is easier and nicer.

This API uses second CPU scan commands, and can support multiple
simultaneous scans.
Adding the new API, and adding new mechanisms to deal with up to
8 simultaneous scans instead of the old scan status.
New scan API requires scan configuration for default scan parameters,
adding it in _up flow. Also updating scan configuration after updating
valid scan antennas via debugfs.

iwlwifi features a debug mechanism that allows to dump
binary data which is helpful to debug the firmware.
Until now, this data was made available for the userspace
through debugfs. For this exact purpose, devcoredump was
created. Move to the new infrastructure.

Aggregations hit latency so disable it by default on
low latency vifs for now. Enable control over this behavior and
allow control over the max frames in an AMPDU in low latency
vifs via debugfs.

Since we can't read the actual temperature when the firmware is
running, just set the temperature to 0 when the test is disabled and
disable CT Kill if it was enabled.
Additionally, since we rely on iwl_mvm_tt_handler() to exit CT kill
when in test mode, call iwl_mvm_exit_ctkill() in that function if the
temperature is low again. Also make the iwl_mvm_enter_ctkill() and
iwl_mvm_exit_ctkill() return if called when not necessary anymore
(e.g. when iwl_mvm_exit_ctkill() is called when we're not in CT-kill).

The mvm op_mode won't allocate the buffer for the transport
any more. The transport allocates its own buffer and mvm
is in charge of splicing the buffers in the debugfs hook.
This makes the repartition easier to handle.

According to new requirements, the ACK / CTS kill mask is
not related to reduced TX power anymore. This allows to
remove the code that tracked reduced TX power enablement
across different interfaces.
The ACK / CTS kill mask is now fetch from a table. It
depends on the Activity grading (activity from BT) and on
the Look Up Table (LUT) type.

Add iwl_mvm_ref_sync() calls (with new ref types) to
flows that might access the device directly.
These calls make sure the device is out of d0i3,
and the bus is available for direct access.
Since some of these functions are reentrant, convert
the refs_bitmap to a ref counter, so multiple refs
of the same type could be taken concurrently.

Start the new BT Coex implementation.
Don't react to notifications for now - only the initial
configuration is implemented. The rest will happen in next
patches.
Since coex.c now uses the new the new structures in all
functions, we need to adapt the code to compile, even if it
doesn't run yet.

A new API is coming. This new API is not backward
compatible. So we need to keep the old commands to be able
to work with the former API.
Move all the current code into a new file: coex_legacy.
If a firmware with the new API is detected, we currently
just bail out since the implementation of the new API will
come in future patches.

In the 8000 HW family the register for forcing an NMI has
changed, so this allows to still be able to force an NMI
while taking into account the HW in order to write to the
correct register.

bail out from the suspend/resume callbacks if
d0i3 is used.
declare support for ANY wowlan trigger (i.e.
normal operation).
On resume, we shouldn't execute the d0i3 exit
flow (which might disconnect stations, etc.)
until mac80211 was resumed.
Add new flags to indicate we are in suspend,
and call the pending exit work on resume.
Since the resume flow can take some time, add
a new EXIT_WORK reference type to prevent going
back to d0i3 at this stage.

The Rx FIFO includes valuable data - dump it when the FW
asserts. Also - free the SRAM and Rx FIFO when we create
the file, and don't collect new SRAM / Rx FIFO if the
previous file hasn't been collected through debugfs yet.
Also - add a comment to saying that the ASSERT output should
not be modified since we have automatic scripts that monitor
this output.

In order to debug the firmware, we need to be able to set
the BT priority of WiFi packets. This priority is set based
on the type of the packet (control frames, EAPOL etc...).
For debugging purposes, allow to override this priority by
a debugfs controlled value.
Enable this feature that needs this priority to be able to
test it.
