The unicore32 port do not seem maintained for a long time now, there is no
upstream toolchain that can create unicore32 binaries and all the links to
prebuilt toolchains for unicore32 are dead. Even compilers that were
available are not supported by the kernel anymore.
Guenter Roeck says:
I have stopped building unicore32 images since v4.19 since there is no
available compiler that is still supported by the kernel. I am surprised
that support for it has not been removed from the kernel.
Remove unicore32 port.

we can get into work_pending only if at least one of NEED_RESCHED,
SIGPENDING or NOTIFY_RESUME is set. So once we'd found no NEED_RESCHED,
there's no need to check that one of the other two is set.

1. remove __REG macro
2. add (void __iomem *) to io_p2v macro
3. add (phys_addr_t) to io_v2p macro
4. add PKUNITY_AHB_BASE and PKUNITY_APB_BASE definitions
5. modify all PKUNITY_mmio_BASEs from physical addr to virtual addr
6. adjust prefix macro for all usage of PKUNITY_mmio_BASEs
