Convert the Renesas Clock Pulse Generator (CPG) Device Tree
binding documentation to json-schema, combining support for:
- R-Mobile APE6 (R8A73A4) and A1 (R8A7740),
- R-Car M1 (R8A7778) and H1 (R8A7779),
- RZ/A1 (R7S72100),
- SH-Mobile AG5 (SH73A0).
Keep the example for R-Mobile A1, which shows most properties.
Drop the consumer examples, as they do not belong here.

The RZ family of Renesas SoCs has several different subfamilies (RZ/A,
RZ/G, RZ/N, and RZ/T). Clarify that the renesas,rz-cpg-clocks DT
bindings and clk-rz driver apply to RZ/A1 only.

Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to
be in examples.
Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and
board specific splits:
git grep -l -E 'status.*=.*' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -E '/\sstatus.*=.*"(disabled|ok|okay)/d'

Add Clock Domain support to the RZ Clock Pulse Generator (CPG) driver
using the generic PM Domain. This allows to power-manage the module
clocks of SoC devices that are part of the CPG/MSTP Clock Domain using
Runtime PM, or for system suspend/resume.
SoC devices that are part of the CPG/MSTP Clock Domain and can be
power-managed through an MSTP clock should be tagged in DT with a proper
"power-domains" property.

The generic RZ CPG compatible value is mandatory, as the driver uses
only this value for matching. Document that this is a fallback that
must be present.
