KVM: selftests: Rename 'evmcs_test' to 'hyperv_evmcs'
Conform to the rest of Hyper-V emulation selftests which have 'hyperv'
prefix. Get rid of '_test' suffix as well as the purpose of this code
is fairly obvious.
