[ALSA] Fix PCM 32bit compat layer
PCM Midlevel Fixed the handling of boundary in PCM 32bit compat layer. Positions in hwsync are bound in the 32bit boundary size. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
