Pull x86 platform driver updates from Hans de Goede:
"Highlights:
- New driver for changing BIOS settings from within Linux on Dell

- Support for SW_TABLET_MODE reporting for the acer-wmi and intel-hid
drivers
- Preparation work for improving support for Microsoft Surface
