- sdio: Restore ~20% performance drop for SDHCI drivers, by using
mmc_pre_req() and mmc_post_req() for SDIO requests.

- mmc_spi: Allow the driver to be built when CONFIG_HAS_DMA is unset
- sdhci-msm: Use retries to fix tuning
- sdhci-acpi: Fix resume for eMMC HS400 mode"
