- Consolidate 2big error check to helper (Matt)
- Decrease number of subplatform bits (Tvrtko)
- Remove unused internal request priority levels (Chris)
- Document the unused internal header bits in buddy allocator (Matt)
- Cleanup the region class/instance encoding (Matt)
