CRIS: Remove legacy RTC drivers
These old drivers are not used anymore, we use the ones in drivers/rtc. This allows us to remove some cruft in the CRIS timekeeping code. Signed-off-by: Jesper Nilsson <jesper.nilsson@axis.com>
