Merge branch 'kvm-ppc-cap-210' into kvm-master
By request of Nick Piggin: > Patch 3 requires a KVM_CAP_PPC number allocated. QEMU maintainers are > happy with it (link in changelog) just waiting on KVM upstreaming.
