landlock: Document Landlock's file truncation support
Use the LANDLOCK_ACCESS_FS_TRUNCATE flag in the tutorial. Adapt the backwards compatibility example and discussion to remove the truncation flag where needed. Point out potential surprising behaviour related to truncate.
