dmaengine: dw: platform: Enable iDMA 32-bit on Intel Elkhart Lake
IntelĀ® PSE (Programmable Services Engine) provides few DMA controllers
to the host on Intel Elkhart Lake. Enable them in the ACPI glue driver.
