UAPI: Make linux/patchkey.h easier to parse
Make linux/patchkey.h easier to parse by making the #elif case associated with the __KERNEL__ guard a nested #if in a #else of the __KERNEL__ guard. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
