ata: sata_dwc_460ex: correct HOSTDEV{P}_FROM_*() macros
Here we refactor HOSTDEV{P}_FROM_*() macros to fit one line and fix the definition of HSDEV_FROM_HSDEVP() where wrong name of the parameter waas used.
