Few shell command examples in perf-script-python.txt has few nitpicks
include:
- tools/perf/scripts/python directory listing command is unnecessarily
repeated.
- few examples contain additional information in command prompt
unnecessarily and inconsistently.
This commit fixes them to enhance readability of the document.

This commit fixes two errors in documents for perf-script-python and
perf-script-perl as below:
- /sys/kernel/debug/tracing events -> /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/

The tracepoints used by the workqueue-stats script no longer exist so
trying to run the script results in:
# perf script record workqueue-stats
invalid or unsupported event: 'workqueue:workqueue_creation'
Run 'perf list' for a list of valid events
So remove the script until it can be reworked using the new workqueue
tracepoints.

Neil Brown pointed out that lock_depth somehow escaped the BKL
removal work. Let's get rid of it now.
Note that the perf scripting utilities still have a bunch of
code for dealing with common_lock_depth in tracepoints; I have
left that in place in case anybody wants to use that code with
older kernels.

Free the perf trace name space and rename the trace to 'script' which is a
better match for the scripting engine.
