2019-06-28ASoC: atmel: tse850-pcm5142: consider CPU-Platform possibilityKuninori Morimoto1-1/+3
commit 655368dfc75e8 ("ASoC: atmel: tse850-pcm5142: don't select unnecessary Platform") Current ALSA SoC avoid to add duplicate component to rtd, and this driver was selecting CPU component as Platform component. Thus, above patch removed Platform settings from this driver, because it assumed these are same component. But, some CPU driver is using generic DMAEngine, in such case, both CPU component and Platform component will have same of_node/name. In other words, there are some components which are different but have same of_node/name. In such case, Card driver definitely need to select Platform even though it is same as CPU. It is depends on CPU driver, but is difficult to know it from Card driver. This patch reverts above patch. 2019-06-19ASoC: atmel: tse850-pcm5142: don't select unnecessary PlatformKuninori Morimoto1-3/+1
ALSA SoC is now supporting "no Platform". Sound card doesn't need to select "CPU component" as "Platform" anymore if it doesn't need special Platform. This patch removes such settings. Signed-off-by: Kuninori Morimoto <kuninori.morimoto.gx@renesas.com> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>
2019-06-06ASoC: atmel: tse850-pcm5142: use modern dai_link styleKuninori Morimoto1-4/+9
ASoC is now supporting modern style dai_link (= snd_soc_dai_link_component) for CPU/Codec/Platform. This patch switches to use it. Signed-off-by: Kuninori Morimoto <kuninori.morimoto.gx@renesas.com> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>

2017-06-06ASoC: atmel: tse850: fix off-by-one in the "ANA" enumeration countPeter Rosin1-2/+2
At some point I added the "Low" entry at the beginning of the array without bumping the enumeration count from 9 to 10. Fix this. While at it, fix the anti-pattern for the other enumeration (used by MUX{1,2}). 2016-12-15ASoC: atmel: tse850: rely on the ssc to register as a cpu dai by itselfPeter Rosin1-20/+3
This breaks devicetree compatibility, but in this case that is ok. All affected units are either on my desk, or running an even older version of the driver that is not compatible with the upstreamed version anyway (and when these other units are eventually updated, they will get a fresh dtb as well, so that is not a significant problem either). All of that is of course assuming that noone else has managed to build something that can use this driver, but that seems extremely improbable.
