Move rules looking for some special cases of safe dereferences before
the collection of NULL-tested values. The special cases are fairly
rare, but somewhat costly to find, because isomorphisms create many
variants of the rules. There is thus no need to search for them over
and over for each NULL tested expression. Collecting them just once
is sufficient and more efficient.

The effect of the rules ifm1, pr11, and pr12 is only used in the final rule,
which depends on context && !org && !report. Thus these rules should only
be performed in those circumstances.

Currently, the required version for badzero.cocci is picked up from
its "Comments:" line since it contains the word "Requires".
Surprisingly, ld-version.sh can extract the version number from the
string "Requires Coccinelle version 1.0.0-rc20 or later", but this
expectation is fragile. Fix the .cocci file. I removed "-rc20"
because ld-version.sh cannot handle it.
Make the coccicheck script to see exact patterns for "Options:" and
"Requires:" in order to avoid accidental matching to what just happens
to appear in comment lines.

This patch solves the parse-error by adding @@ . This is necessary since
Coccinelle version 1.0.0-rc20. Also, the comment is added to use a
recent version of Coccinelle.

This patch ensures that all semantic patches in the scripts/coccinelle
directory provide the report option. Report messages that include line
numbers now have the line number preceded by "line" for easier subsequent
processing.

For doubleinit.cocci, Coccinelle 0.2.4 requires a comma after ... in a
field list. Coccinelle also now behaves gracefully when a definition is
provided for a virtual that doesn't exist, so there is no need for the
semantic patch code to check for this case.
Updated the documentation to reflect the fact that the best results will
now be obtained with Coccinelle version 0.2.4 or later.

This semantic patch looks for kmalloc etc that are not followed by a
NULL check. It only gives a report in the case where there is some
error handling code later in the function, which may be helpful
in determining what the error handling code for the call to kmalloc etc
should be.
