Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license
in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording
can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.
This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.
No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.
Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct
SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

The previous driver is possible to stop the transfer wrongly.
For example:
1) An interrupt happens, but not BRDY interruption.
2) Read INTSTS0. And than state->intsts0 is not set to BRDY.
3) BRDY is set to 1 here.
4) Read BRDYSTS.
5) Clear the BRDYSTS. And then. the BRDY is cleared wrongly.
Remarks:
- The INTSTS0.BRDY is read only.
- If any bits of BRDYSTS are set to 1, the BRDY is set to 1.
- If BRDYSTS is 0, the BRDY is set to 0.
So, this patch adds condition to avoid such situation. (And about
NRDYSTS, this is not used for now. But, avoiding any side effects,
this patch doesn't touch it.)

After the renesas_usbhs driver is enabled in ARM multi_v7_defconfig,
we now get a new warning:
renesas_usbhs/mod.c: In function 'usbhs_interrupt':
renesas_usbhs/mod.c:246:7: warning: 'intenb1' may be used uninitialized in this function [-Wmaybe-uninitialized]
gcc correctly points to a problem here, for the case that the
device is in host mode, we use the intenb1 variable without
having assigned it first. The state->intsts1 has a similar
problem, but gcc cannot know that.
This avoids the problem by initializing both sides of the
comparison to zero when we don't read them from the respective
registers.

INTSTS1 and INTENB1 register of renesas_usbhs can access only Host mode.
This adds process of accessing INTSTS1 and INTENB1 only when renesas_usbhs
is Host mode.

This patch protects the mod->irq_bempsts and mod->irq_brdysts by
spin lock in the usbhs_status_get_each_irq() because other functions
will write them during spin lock. Otherwise, the driver will clears
the BRDYSTS and/or BEMPSTS wrongly, and then, the transaction will not
finish.
Also since the driver should use the INTSTS0 and BRDYSTS and BEMPSTS
as the same timing, the patch protects them.

renesas_usbhs implements ->pullup() method, switches over
to devm_request_irq(), adds support for DMA Engine and
got a few miscelaneous cleanups.
The NCM gadget got an endianness fix and the Ethernet
gadget a frame size fix.
We're finally removing the g_file_storage gadget and
sticking to g_mass_storage and the new tcm_usb_gadget
gadgets since that was a huge duplicaton of effort anyway.
While removing g_file_storage, we also had to fix a bunch
of defconfigs which were still pointing to the old gadget.
There's a big series getting us closer to being able to
introduce our configfs interface. The series converts
functions into loadable modules which will, eventually,
be registered to the configfs interface.
Other than that there's the usual typo fixes and miscelaneous
cleanups all over the place."

When interrupt happened, renesas_usbhs driver gets irq status
by usbhs_status_get_each_irq(), and cleared all status by using 0.
But, this method is incorrect,
since extra interrupt might occur between them.
This patch cleared corresponding bits only

When IORESOURCE_IRQ_SHAREABLE is set, the irq handler may be called
even if the interupt of the USB module doesn't happen. So, it may
clear the interrupt flags by mistake. This patch fixes it.

In case of the SH7757, the irq number of USB module and SUDMAC
are the same. So, we have to set the IRQF_SHARED in such a case.

renesas_usbhs needs callback for notify hotplug.
but it were 2 methods which are almost same.

renesas_usbhs has default callback functions and settings.
And it tried overwrite to platform private data
if platform doesn't have them.
So, if renesas_usbhs was compiled as module,
it will be hung-up on 2nd insmod.
This patch fixup it.

current mod_gadget had got usb speed on
usbhsg_irq_dev_state() which is status change interrupt callback function.
And the usb speed data was included in its parameter.
But this style works for mod_gadget,
but doesn't work for mod_host which
isn't interrupted when device status was changed.
This patch add usbhs_bus_get_speed() to solve this issue.

Current renesas_usbhs was designed to save power when USB is not connected.
And it assumed platform uses callback to notify connection/disconnection
by external interrupt.
But some SuperH / platform board doesn't have such feature.
This patch adds autonomy mode which detect USB connection/disconnection
by internal interrupt.
But power will be always ON when autonomy mode is selected.

Renesas SuperH has USBHS IP which can switch Host / Function.
This driver is designed so that Host / Function may dynamically change.
