Since the usb2 phy driver for gen3 (phy-rcar-gen3-usb2) cannot access
LPSTS and UGCTRL2 registers in the HSUSB module, this driver have to
initialize the registers. So, this patch adds such handling code into
rcar3.c.

In current renesas-usbhs,
there was inconsistency about the style of kernel module or built-in.
This patch solve it.

This is mod_host prototype support for renesas_usbhs driver.
It doesn't support USB-Hub, and USB-DMAC for now.

Current renesas_usbhs has PIO data transfer mode which controls CFIFO.
And it was implemented in pipe.c.
But, fifo control method needs more flexible implementation
to support DMAEngine.
This patch create fifo.c, and it became independent from pipe.c.

Renesas SuperH has USBHS IP which can switch Host / Function.
This driver is designed so that Host / Function may dynamically change.
This patch add usb/renesas_usbhs and common code for SuperH USBHS.
