According to "Feature Comparison of the DS323x Real-Time Clocks"
(http://pdfserv.maximintegrated.com/en/an/AN5143.pdf), DS3232 and
DS3234 are very similar.
This merges rtc-ds3232 and rtc-ds3234 with using regmap.
This change also enables to support alarm for ds3234.

An spi_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the

After the switch to devm_* functions and the removal of
rtc_device_unregister(), the 'remove' function does not do anything.
Delete it.

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
spi_device instead of using dev_{get|set}_drvdata with &spi->dev, so we
can directly pass a struct spi_device.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

The recently increased type checking in platform_get_drvdata() reveals a few
offenders:
drivers/rtc/rtc-ds1390.c:161: warning: passing argument 1 of ‘platform_get_drvdata’ from incompatible pointer type
drivers/rtc/rtc-ds3234.c:161: warning: passing argument 1 of ‘platform_get_drvdata’ from incompatible pointer type
drivers/rtc/rtc-m41t94.c:139: warning: passing argument 1 of ‘platform_get_drvdata’ from incompatible pointer type
Use spi_get_drvdata() instead of platform_get_drvdata().

This makes it consistent with other buses (platform, i2c, vio, ...). I'm
not sure why we use the prefixes, but there must be a reason.
This was easy enough to do it, and I did it.

When ds3234 is built-in, the final links fails with the following vague error
message:
`.exit.text' referenced in section `.data' of drivers/built-in.o: defined in discarded section `.exit.text' of drivers/built-in.o
ds3234_remove() cannot be marked __exit, as it's accessed via __devexit_p().
In addition, mark ds3234_probe() __devinit while we're at it.
