We just fix up the reference parameters as the others are dealt with by
arithmetic promotion rules and don't cause warnings.
This removes warnings like this:
arch/powerpc/platforms/ps3/interrupt.c:327: warning: passing argument 1 of 'lv1_construct_event_receive_port' from incompatible pointer type
Also, these:
drivers/ps3/ps3-vuart.c:462: warning: passing argument 4 of 'ps3_vuart_raw_read' from incompatible pointer type
drivers/ps3/ps3-vuart.c:592: warning: passing argument 4 of 'ps3_vuart_raw_read' from incompatible pointer type

Compiling with CONFIG_SMP = n and CONFIG_PS3_LPM != n gives this error:
drivers/ps3/ps3-lpm.c:838: error: implicit declaration of function 'get_hard_smp_processor_id'
This fixes it. We have to include <asm/smp.h> rather than
<linux/smp.h> because the UP definition of get_hard_smp_processor_id()
is in <asm/smp.h>, and <linux/smp.h> only includes <asm/smp.h> if
CONFIG_SMP = y.

Fix the ps3_set_bookmark() routine of the PS3 logical performance
monitor driver.
To properly set a performance monitor bookmark the Cell processor
requires no instruction branches near the setting of the bookmark
SPR. Testing showed that the use of the db10cyc instruction did
not work correctly. This change replaces the db10cyc instruction
with 10 nop instructions.

Commit 404d5b185b4eb56d6fa2f7bd27833f8df1c38ce4 changed the definition
of dev_dbg in the !DEBUG case from being a #define to being a static
inline. There was code in drivers/ps3/vuart.c to do exactly that,
which fails to compile now. This fixes it by removing the redefinition,
as the redefinition is now superfluous.
