	Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing. Done via coccinelle scripts like: @@ struct resource *ptr; @@ - ptr->end - ptr->start + 1 + resource_size(ptr) and some grep and typing. 	The eTSEC includes a PTP clock with quite a few features. This patch adds support for the basic clock adjustment functions, plus two external time stamps, one alarm, and the PPS callback.
