When in Real-time mode, HW clock is synced with the PTP daemon. Hence
driver should not re-calibrate the next pulse (via MTPPSE repetitive
events mechanism).
This patch arms repetitive events only in free-running mode.

The CQ destroy is performed based on the IRQ number that is stored in
cq->irqn. That number wasn't set explicitly during CQ creation and as
expected some of the API users of mlx5_core_create_cq() forgot to update
it.
This caused to wrong synchronization call of the wrong IRQ with a number
0 instead of the real one.
As a fix, set the IRQ number directly in the mlx5_core_create_cq() and
update all users accordingly.

net/mlx5: Expose MPFS configuration API
MPFS is the multi physical function switch that bridges traffic between
the physical port and any physical functions associated with it. The
driver is required to add or remove MAC entries to properly forward
incoming traffic to the correct physical function.
We export the API to control MPFS so that other drivers, such as
mlx5_vdpa are able to add MAC addresses of their network interfaces.
The MAC address of the vdpa interface must be configured into the MPFS L2
address. Failing to do so could cause, in some NIC configurations, failure
to forward packets to the vdpa network device instance.
Fix this by adding calls to update the MPFS table.

Currently when GID is deleted, it zero out all the fields of the RoCE
address in the SET_ROCE_ADDRESS command for a specified index.
roce_version = 0 means RoCEv1 in the SET_ROCE_ADDRESS command.
This assumes that device has RoCEv1 always enabled which is not always
correct. For example Subfunction does not support RoCEv1.
Due to this assumption a previously added RoCEv2 GID is always deleted as
RoCEv1 GID. This results in a below syndrome:
mlx5_core.sf mlx5_core.sf.4: mlx5_cmd_check:777:(pid 4256): SET_ROCE_ADDRESS(0x761) op_mod(0x0) failed, status bad parameter(0x3), syndrome (0x12822d)

Currently, the u32 chain id is mapped to u16 value which is stored on
the lower 16 bits of reg_c0 for FDB and reg_b for NIC tables. The
mapping is internally maintained by the chains object. However, with
the introduction of reg_c0 objects the fdb may store more than just
the chain id on reg_c0. This is not relevant for NIC tables.
Separate the chains mapping instantiation for FDB and NIC tables.
Remove the mapping from the chains object. For FDB tables, create
the mapping per eswitch. For NIC tables, create the mapping per tc
table. Pass the corresponding mapping pointer when creating the
chains object.

Currently reg_c0 lower 16 bits and reg_b are used to store the chain

contexts such as chain id and sample group id.

Device timestamp can be in real time mode (cycles to time translation is
offloaded into the Hardware). With real time mode, HW provides timestamp
which is already translated into nanoseconds.
With this mode, driver adjusts both the HW and timecounter (to keep
clock_info_page updated) using callbacks: adjfreq, adjtime and settime.
HW clock modifications are done via MTUTC access reg commands. Driver is
allowed to modify HW real time clock only if MCAM ptpcyc2realtime_modify
capability is set.
Add MTUTC set function to be used for configuring the HW real time
clock. Modify existing code to support both internal timer (with
conversion via timecounter_cyc2time() and real time (no conversions).
Align the signatures of the helpers converting from timestamp to
nanoseconds. With that, when allocating a queue assign the corresponding
callback with respect to the capability.
Adjust 1PPS timestamp calculation flows based on the timestamp mode.
Cyc2time offload brings two major advantages:
- Improve MTAE (Max Time Absolute Error) for HW TS by up to 160 ns over a
100% loaded CPU.
- Faster data-path timestamp to nanoseconds, as translation is
lock-less and done in HW.
On real time mode, timestamp format is 32 high bits of seconds and 32
low bits of nanoseconds. On some flows, driver shall convert this format
into nanoseconds wall-clock with REAL_TIME_TO_NS macro.
HW supports a single clock, and it is shared by all functions on a
device. In case real time clock is used, it is recommended to use
a single GM to all device's functions.

This reverts commit fbdd0049d98d44914fc57d4b91f867f4996c787b.
Due to commit in fixes tag, netdevice events were received only in one net
namespace of mlx5_core_dev. Due to this when netdevice events arrive in
net namespace other than net namespace of mlx5_core_dev, they are missed.
This results in empty GID table due to RDMA device being detached from its
net device.
Hence, revert back to receive netdevice events in all net namespaces to
restore back RDMA functionality in non init_net net namespace. The
deadlock will have to be addressed in another patch.

forward action is not supported
Miss path handling of tc multi chain filters (i.e. filters that are
defined on chain > 0) requires the hardware to communicate to the
driver the last chain that was processed. This is possible only when
the hardware is capable of performing the combination of modify header
and forward to table actions. Currently, if the hardware is missing
this capability then the driver only offloads rules that are defined
on tc chain 0 prio 1. However, this restriction can be relaxed because
packets that miss from chain 0 are processed through all the
priorities by tc software.
Allow the offload of all the supported priorities for chain 0 even
when the hardware is not capable to perform modify header and goto
table actions.

During driver reload, perform firmware tear-down which results in
firmware losing the configured VXLAN ports. These ports are still
available in the driver's database. Fix this by cleaning up driver's
VXLAN database in the nic unload flow, before firmware tear-down. With
that, minimize mlx5_vxlan_destroy() to remove only what was added in
mlx5_vxlan_create() and warn on leftover UDP ports.

When a mlx5 core devlink instance is reloaded in different net namespace,
its associated IB device is deleted and recreated.
Example sequence is:
$ ip netns add foo
$ devlink dev reload pci/0000:00:08.0 netns foo
$ ip netns del foo
mlx5 IB device needs to attach and detach the netdevice to it through the
netdev notifier chain during load and unload sequence. A below call graph
of the unload flow.
cleanup_net()
down_read(&pernet_ops_rwsem); <- first sem acquired
ops_pre_exit_list()
pre_exit()
devlink_pernet_pre_exit()
devlink_reload()
mlx5_devlink_reload_down()
mlx5_unload_one()
[...]
mlx5_ib_remove()
mlx5_ib_unbind_slave_port()
mlx5_remove_netdev_notifier()
unregister_netdevice_notifier()
down_write(&pernet_ops_rwsem);<- recurrsive lock
Hence, when net namespace is deleted, mlx5 reload results in deadlock.
When deadlock occurs, devlink mutex is also held. This not only deadlocks
the mlx5 device under reload, but all the processes which attempt to
access unrelated devlink devices are deadlocked.
Hence, fix this by mlx5 ib driver to register for per net netdev notifier
instead of global one, which operats on the net namespace without holding
the pernet_ops_rwsem.

Once driver detects a command interface command timeout, it warns the
user and returns timeout error to the caller. In such case, the entry of
the command is not evacuated (because only real event interrupt is allowed
to clear command interface entry). If the HW event interrupt
of this entry will never arrive, this entry will be left unused forever.
Command interface entries are limited and eventually we can end up without
the ability to post a new command.
In addition, if driver will not consume the EQE of the lost interrupt and
rearm the EQ, no new interrupts will arrive for other commands.
Add a resiliency mechanism for manually polling the command EQ in case of
a command timeout. In case resiliency mechanism will find non-handled EQE,
it will consume it, and the command interface will be fully functional
again. Once the resiliency flow finished, wait another 5 seconds for the
command interface to complete for this command entry.
Define mlx5_cmd_eq_recover() to manage the cmd EQ polling resiliency flow.
Add an async EQ spinlock to avoid races between resiliency flows and real
interrupts that might run simultaneously.

Allow adding nic tc flow rules with goto chain action.
Connecting the nic flows to the mlx5 chains infrastructure in previous
patches allows us to support the creation of chained flow tables and
rules that direct to another chain for further packet processing.
This is a required preparation to support CT offloads for nic tc flows.
We allow the creation of 256 different chains for nic flows since we
have 8 bits available for the chain restore tag in case of a miss.

Decouple the chains infrastructure from eswitch and make
it generic to support other steering namespaces.
The change defines an agnostic data structure to keep
all the relevant information for maintaining flow table
chaining in any steering namespace. Each namespace that
requires table chaining will be required to allocate
such data structure.
The chains creation code will receive the steering namespace
and flow table parameters from the caller so it will operate
agnosticly when creating the required resources to
maintain the table chaining function while Parts of the code
that are relevant to eswitch specific functionality are moved
to eswitch files.
