Using '%d' for printing type unsigned int or '%u' for
type int would cause static tools to give false warnings,
so this patch cleanups this warning by using the suitable
format specifier of the type of variable.
BTW, modifies the type of some variables and macro to
synchronize with their usage.

Local device and link partner config auto-negotiation on both,
local device config pause frame use as: rx on/tx off,
link partner config pause frame use as: rx off/tx on.
We except the result is:
Local device:
Autonegotiate: on
RX: on
TX: off
RX negotiated: on
TX negotiated: off
Link partner:
Autonegotiate: on
RX: off
TX: on
RX negotiated: off
TX negotiated: on
But actually, the result of Local device and link partner is both:
Autonegotiate: on
RX: off
TX: off
RX negotiated: off
TX negotiated: off
The root cause is that the supported flag is has only Pause,
reference to the function genphy_config_advert():
static int genphy_config_advert(struct phy_device *phydev)
{
...
linkmode_and(phydev->advertising, phydev->advertising,
phydev->supported);
...
}
The pause frame use of link partner is rx off/tx on, so its
advertising only set the bit Asym_Pause, and the supported is
only set the bit Pause, so the result of linkmode_and(), is
rx off/tx off.
This patch adds Asym_Pause to the supported flag to fix it.

This patch does following things:
1. add the keyword const before some variables which won't be modified
in functions.
2. changes some variables from signed to unsigned to avoid bitwise
operation on signed variables.
3. adds or removes initialization of some variables.
4. defines a new structure to help parsing mailbox messages instead of
using an array which is harder to get the meaning of each element.

The default m88e151x LED configuration is 0x1177, used LED[0]
for 1000M link, LED[1] for 100M link, and LED[2] for active.
But for some boards, which use LED[0] for link, and LED[1] for
active, prefer to be 0x1040. To be compatible with this case,
this patch defines a new dev_flag, and set it before connect
phy in HNS3 driver. When phy initializing, using the new
LED configuration if this dev_flag is set.

There are a few MAC/PHYs combinations which now support > 1Gbps. These
may need to make use of link modes with bits > 31. Thus their
supported PHY features or advertised features cannot be implemented
using the current bitmap in a u32. Convert to using a linkmode bitmap,
which can support all the currently devices link modes, and is future
proof as more modes are added.

For marvell phy m88e1510, bit SUPPORTED_FIBRE of phydev->supported
is default on. Both phy_resume() and phy_suspend() will check the
SUPPORTED_FIBRE bit and write register of fibre page.
Currently in hns3 driver, the SUPPORTED_FIBRE bit will be cleared
after phy_connect_direct() finished. Because phy_resume() is called
in phy_connect_direct(), and phy_suspend() is called when disconnect
phy device, so the operation for fibre page register is not symmetrical.
It will cause phy link issue when reload hns3 driver.
This patch fixes it by disable the SUPPORTED_FIBRE before connecting
phy.
