2022-04-07dma-buf: add enum dma_resv_usage v4Christian König1-2/+3
This change adds the dma_resv_usage enum and allows us to specify why a dma_resv object is queried for its containing fences. Additional to that a dma_resv_usage_rw() helper function is added to aid retrieving the fences for a read or write userspace submission. This is then deployed to the different query functions of the dma_resv object and all of their users. When the write paratermer was previously true we now use DMA_RESV_USAGE_WRITE and DMA_RESV_USAGE_READ otherwise. v2: add KERNEL/OTHER in separate patch v3: some kerneldoc suggestions by Daniel v4: some more kerneldoc suggestions by Daniel, fix missing cases lost in the rebase pointed out by Bas. 2021-04-28drm/amdgpu: fix concurrent VM flushes on Vega/Navi v2Christian König1-8/+11
Starting with Vega the hardware supports concurrent flushes of VMID which can be used to implement per process VMID allocation. 2020-09-17drm, iommu: Change type of pasid to u32Fenghua Yu1-3/+3
PASID is defined as a few different types in iommu including "int", "u32", and "unsigned int". To be consistent and to match with uapi definitions, define PASID and its variations (e.g. max PASID) as "u32". "u32" is also shorter and a little more explicit than "unsigned int". No PASID type change in uapi although it defines PASID as __u64 in some places.
