The ml300 and ml403 xparameters.h files use different macros for the
AC97 interrupt pin assignments. This normalizes them to a canonical
value similar to what EDK generates for most other devices. This is
needed to get ml300 support to compile in arch/ppc.

On 4xx CPUs, the current implementation of flush_tlb_page() uses
a low level _tlbie() assembly function that only works for the
current PID. Thus, invalidations caused by, for example, a COW
fault triggered by get_user_pages() from a different context will
not work properly, causing among other things, gdb breakpoints
to fail.
This patch adds a "pid" argument to _tlbie() on 4xx processors,
and uses it to flush entries in the right context. FSL BookE
also gets the argument but it seems they don't need it (their
tlbivax form ignores the PID when invalidating according to the
document I have).

Lifted from http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8182
Steps to reproduce:
- Boot an Ocotea board with the mainline 2.6.20.1 kernel.
- Create an /etc/ntp.conf file with at least one NTP server and iburst mode set.
- Issue the command "ntpd -g".
- Wait about two minutes.
- Verify ntpd's status via "ntpq -pn" and by looking in /var/log/ntp.
This fixes this problem by adjusting the expected clock frequency.

This patch adds support for the AMCC Taishan PPC440GX evaluation

This is still an arch/ppc port. I'm aware that the move of

patch is mainly intended to make the Taishan support available
for the community right now.

this patch brings the CPCI405 board support up to date and fixes several
outstanding issues:
-add bios_fixup()
-enable RTC only when CONFIG_GEN_RTC defined
-corrected CompactPCI interrupt map
-added cpci405_early_serial_map for correct UART clocking
-removed unused code

platfom bus.
This patch only deals with the serial port definitions as there is no
support for any other xilinx IP cores in the kernel tree at the moment.
Board specific configuration moved out of virtex.[ch] and into the
xparameters.h wrapper.
This also prepares for the transition to the flattened device tree model.
When the bootloader provides a device tree generated from an xparameters.h
files, the kernel will no longer need xparameters/*. The platform bus will
get populated with data from the device tree, and the device drivers will
be automatically connected to the devices. Only the bootloader (or
ppcboot) will need xparameters directly.

xparameters should not be needed by anything but virtex platform code.
Move it from include/asm-ppc/ to platforms/4xx/xparameters/
This is preparing for work to remove xparameters from the dependancy tree
for most c files. xparam changes should not cause a recompile of the world.
Instead, drivers should get device info from the platform bus (populated
by the boot code)

The following patch changes the usages of PVR_440* into strcmp's with the
cpu_name field, and removes the defines altogether. The Ebony portion was
briefly tested long ago. One benefit of moving from PVR-tests to string
tests in general is that not all CPUs can be on and be able to do this type
of comparison.
