2019-06-14docs: kbuild: convert docs to ReST and rename to *.rstMauro Carvalho Chehab1-1/+1
The kbuild documentation clearly shows that the documents there are written at different times: some use markdown, some use their own peculiar logic to split sections. Convert everything to ReST without affecting too much the author's style and avoiding adding uneeded markups. The conversion is actually: - add blank lines and identation in order to identify paragraphs; - fix tables markups; - add some lists markups; - mark literal blocks; - adjust title markups. At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings. 2018-08-02Kconfig: consolidate the "Kernel hacking" menuChristoph Hellwig1-6/+0
Move the source of lib/Kconfig.debug and arch/$(ARCH)/Kconfig.debug to the top-level Kconfig. For two architectures that means moving their arch-specific symbols in that menu into a new arch Kconfig.debug file, and for a few more creating a dummy file so that we can include it unconditionally. Also move the actual 'Kernel hacking' menu to lib/Kconfig.debug, where it belongs. Signed-off-by: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de> Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>
