KVM for ia64 has been marked as broken not just once, but twice even,
and the last patch from the maintainer is now roughly 5 years old.
Time for it to rest in peace.

Fix problem with double export of certain symbols from vsprintf.c
which we do not wish to export from the kvm-intel.ko module.
In addition, we do not have access to kallsyms_lookup() from the
module, so make sure to #undef CONFIG_KALLSYMS

kvm-intel module is relocated to an isolated address space
with kernel, so it can't call host kernel's printk for debug
purpose. In the module, we implement the printk to output debug
info of vmm.
