2022-01-15include: move find.h from asm_generic to linuxYury Norov1-1/+0
find_bit API and bitmap API are closely related, but inclusion paths are different - include/asm-generic and include/linux, correspondingly. In the past it made a lot of troubles due to circular dependencies and/or undefined symbols. Fix this by moving find.h under include/linux. 2020-01-04hexagon: parenthesize registers in asm predicatesNick Desaulniers1-4/+4
Hexagon requires that register predicates in assembly be parenthesized. 2019-01-04fls: change parameter to unsigned intMatthew Wilcox1-1/+1
When testing in userspace, UBSAN pointed out that shifting into the sign bit is undefined behaviour. It doesn't really make sense to ask for the highest set bit of a negative value, so just turn the argument type into an unsigned int. Some architectures (eg ppc) already had it declared as an unsigned int, so I don't expect too many problems. 2018-09-10hexagon: modify ffs() and fls() to return intRandy Dunlap1-2/+2
Building drivers/mtd/nand/raw/nandsim.c on arch/hexagon/ produces a printk format build warning. This is due to hexagon's ffs() being coded as returning long instead of int. Fix the printk format warning by changing all of hexagon's ffs() and fls() functions to return int instead of long. The variables that they return are already int instead of long. This return type matches the return type in <asm-generic/bitops/>. ../drivers/mtd/nand/raw/nandsim.c: In function 'init_nandsim': ../drivers/mtd/nand/raw/nandsim.c:760:2: warning: format '%u' expects argument of type 'unsigned int', but argument 2 has type 'long int' [-Wformat] There are no ffs() or fls() allmodconfig build errors after making this change. 2014-04-18arch,hexagon: Convert smp_mb__*()Peter Zijlstra1-3/+1
Hexagon uses asm-gemeric/barrier.h and its smp_mb() is barrier(). Therefore we can use the default implementation that uses smp_mb().
