GPIO_ACTIVE_x flags are not correct in the context of interrupt flags.
These are simple defines so they could be used in DTS but they will not
have the same meaning:
1. GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH = 0 = IRQ_TYPE_NONE
2. GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW = 1 = IRQ_TYPE_EDGE_RISING
Correct the interrupt flags, assuming the author of the code wanted same
logical behavior behind the name "ACTIVE_xxx", this is:
ACTIVE_LOW => IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_LOW

Device tree schema expects pin configuration groups to end with 'grp'
suffix, otherwise dtbs_check complain with a warning like:
... do not match any of the regexes: 'grp$', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

Use preferred properties of phy node instead of deprecated
phy-reset-gpios (and others). This avoids copying deprecated code into
future DTSes.

i.MX8MQ Phanbell board uses Realtek RTL8211FD as Ethernet PHY.
Its datasheet states that the proper post reset duration should be at least 50 ms.

This patch adds the device tree to support Google Coral Edge TPU,
historicaly named as fsl-imx8mq-phanbell, a computer on module
which can be used for AI/ML propose.
It introduces a minimal enablement support for this module and
was totally based on the NXP i.MX 8MQ EVK board and i.MX 8MQ Phanbell
