2015-12-18ARM: realview: make all header files localArnd Bergmann1-96/+0
Nothing includes these files any more, so we can simply move them from arch/arm/mach-realview/include/mach/ to arch/arm/mach-realview. Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de> [Two fixes added to make everything compile] Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2012-12-20ARM: 7607/1: realview: fix private peripheral memory base for EB rev. B boardsWill Deacon1-1/+1
Commit 34ae6c96a6a7 ("ARM: 7298/1: realview: fix mapping of MPCore private memory region") accidentally broke the definition for the base address of the private peripheral region on revision B Realview-EB boards. This patch uses the correct address for REALVIEW_EB11MP_PRIV_MEM_BASE. 2012-01-25ARM: 7298/1: realview: fix mapping of MPCore private memory regionMarc Zyngier1-8/+10
Since commit 0536bdf33faf (ARM: move iotable mappings within the vmalloc region), the RealView PB11MP cannot boot anymore. This is caused by the way the mappings are described on this platform (define replaced by hex values for clarity): { /* GIC CPU interface mapping */ .virtual = IO_ADDRESS(0x1F000100), .pfn = __phys_to_pfn(0x1F000100), .length = SZ_4K, .type = MT_DEVICE, }, { /* GIC distributor mapping */ .virtual = IO_ADDRESS(0x1F001000), .pfn = __phys_to_pfn(0x1F001000), .length = SZ_4K, .type = MT_DEVICE, } The first mapping ends up reserving two pages, and clashes with the second one, which triggers a BUG_ON in vm_area_add_early(). In order to solve this problem, treat the MPCore private memory region (containing the SCU, the GIC and the TWD) as a single region, as described in the TRM: http://infocenter.arm.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.arm.doc.ddi0360f/CACGDJJC.html The EB11MP is converted the same way, even if it manages to avoid the problem. Tested on both PB11MP and EB11MP. Signed-off-by: Marc Zyngier <marc.zyngier@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2009-05-30RealView: Move the IRQ_* definitions out of the board-*.h filesCatalin Marinas1-105/+0
The IRQ_* macros need to be made visible via the mach/irqs.h file but without the additional macros defined in the board-*.h files. Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
2008-12-01RealView: Clean up the machine_is_*() calls in platsmp.cCatalin Marinas1-0/+3
Some of the calls weren't necessary and some others were duplicated. This patch tidies up the platsmp.c file. Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
2008-12-01RealView: Use only the shadow mapping of ARM11MPCore local timersCatalin Marinas1-4/+2
All the cases where the local timer for a CPU is accessed happen on the corresponding current CPU, hence no need to access the per-CPU local timer mappings. Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
2008-12-01RealView: Add Cortex-A9 support to the EB boardJon Callan1-1/+8
This patch adds the necessary definitions and Kconfig entries to enable Cortex-A9 (ARMv7 SMP) tiles on the RealView/EB board. Signed-off-by: Jon Callan <Jon.Callan@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
2008-08-07[ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/machRussell King1-0/+191
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
