2012-11-15ARM: pxa: remove pxa95x supportHaojian Zhuang1-28/+0
PXA95x isn't widely used. And it adds the effort on supporting multiple platform. So remove it. The assumption is that nobody will miss this support. If you are reading this text because you actually require pxa95x support on a new kernel, we can work out a way to revert this patch or add support to the mmp platform. 2012-03-25ARM: pxa: use common IOMEM definitionRob Herring1-2/+0
pxa was missed in the moving of IOMEM to a common definition, so lots of IOMEM redefined warnings were introduced. So remove pxa IOMEM definition and fix all the fallout. 2012-03-25ARM: dma-mapping: convert ARCH_HAS_DMA_SET_COHERENT_MASK to kconfig symbolRob Herring1-4/+0
The only users of ARCH_HAS_DMA_SET_COHERENT_MASK are 2 ARM platforms: ixp4xx and pxa cm_x2xx. We've been getting lucky that the define is implicitly included before dma-mapping.h, but the removal of io.h broke things (c334bc1 ARM: make mach/io.h include optional). Since memory.h is the correct place, but no longer exists, convert the define to a kconfig entry. 2011-10-08ARM: pxa: use correct __iomem annotationsArnd Bergmann1-4/+5
This tries to clear up the confusion between integers and iomem pointers in the marvell pxa platform. MMIO addresses are supposed to be __iomem* values, in order to let the Linux type checking work correctly. This patch moves the cast to __iomem as far back as possible, to the place where the MMIO virtual address windows are defined. 2011-07-12ARM: convert PCI defines to variablesRob Herring1-2/+0
Convert PCIBIOS_MIN_IO and PCIBIOS_MIN_MEM to variables to allow multi-platform builds. This also removes the requirement for a platform to have a mach/hardware.h. The default values for i/o and mem are 0x1000 and 0x01000000, respectively. Per Arnd Bergmann, other values are likely to be incorrect, but this commit does not try to address that issue. 2010-12-16ARM: pxa: redefine the cpu_is_pxa3xxHaojian Zhuang1-5/+6
After introducing pxa930/pxa935 and new silicons, original cpuid rules of XScale generation 3 can't fit new silicons. Now redefine the rule of PXA3xx. Only PXA300/PXA310/PXA320/PXA930/PXA935 are family members of PXA3xx. PXA930/PXA935 are family members of PXA93x. PXA93x can be considered as PXA3xx + CP. 2010-09-22arm: fix "arm: fix pci_set_consistent_dma_mask for dmabounce devices"FUJITA Tomonori1-1/+1
This fixes the regression caused by the commit 6fee48cd330c68 ("dma-mapping: arm: use generic pci_set_dma_mask and pci_set_consistent_dma_mask"). ARM needs to clip the dma coherent mask for dmabounce devices. This restores the old trick. Note that strictly speaking, the DMA API doesn't allow architectures to do such but I'm not sure it's worth adding the new API to set the dma mask that allows architectures to clip it. 2008-09-25[ARM] pxa: introduce cpu_is_pxa26x()Eric Miao1-0/+2
PXA26x (PXA261/262) is actually a PXA250 with stacked Intel(R) StartaFlash. And this can be decided by bit 3 (PKG_TYPE) of BOOT_DEF register. Due to this extra I/O register access, make cpu_is_pxa26x() a public function instead of a macro.
