2022-06-20ARM: dts: imx: Pass a label to the AIPS nodesFabio Estevam1-2/+2
Pass a label to the AIPS nodes to make it easier to reference it from other devicetree files. Some i.MX dtsi files already describe labels for the AIPS nodes. Make it available for all SoCs for consistency. U-Boot, for example usually needs to access the AIPS node to pass U-Boot-specific properties. 2020-07-13ARM: dts: imx: default to #pwm-cells = <3> in the SoC dtsi filesUwe Kleine-König1-1/+1
The imx-pwm driver supports 3 cells and this is the more flexible setting. So use it by default and overwrite it back to two for the files that reference the PWMs with just 2 cells to minimize changes. This allows to drop explicit setting to 3 cells for the boards that already depend on this. The boards that are now using 2 cells explicitly can be converted to 3 individually. 2019-10-25ARM: dts: imx: Rename "iram" node to "sram"Krzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+1

2018-12-10ARM: dts: imx27: Fix memory node duplicationFabio Estevam1-2/+0

2017-01-24ARM: dts: imx: Pass 'chosen' and 'memory' nodesFabio Estevam1-0/+8
Commit 7f107887d199 ("ARM: dts: imx: Remove skeleton.dtsi") causes boot issues when the bootloader does not create a 'chosen' node if such node is not present in the dtb. The reason for the boot failure is well explained by Javier Martinez Canillas: "the decompressor relies on a pre-existing chosen node to be available to insert the command line and merge other ATAGS info." , so pass an empty 'chosen' node to fix the boot problem. This issue has been seen in the kernelci reports with Barebox as bootloader. Also pass the 'memory' node in order to fix boot issues on the SolidRun iMX6 platforms. Add pinctrl nodes and properties for phyCARD-S device nodes. Signed-off-by: Markus Pargmann <mpa@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2014-02-09ARM: dts: imx27 iomux device nodeMarkus Pargmann1-58/+66
This patch adds a iomux node for imx27 pinctrl driver. The gpio registers are embedded in the iomux memory area. So this patch moves them into the iomux node for a better hardware description. Signed-off-by: Markus Pargmann <mpa@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-10-18ARM: imx27: add missing #pwm-cells propertySteffen Trumtrar1-0/+1
The pwm-node is missing its #pwm-cells property. The pwm-framework will complain about this. Add the missing property. Signed-off-by: Steffen Trumtrar <s.trumtrar@pengutronix.de> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-09-17ARM: imx27.dtsi: fix CSPI PER clock idGwenhael Goavec-Merou1-3/+3
CSPI PER clock is per2clk (per2_gate id 60) instead of cspiX_ipg_gate. Signed-off-by: Gwenhael Goavec-Merou <gwenhael.goavec-merou@armadeus.com> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-08-22ARM: dts: i.MX27: Disable AUDMUX in the templateAlexander Shiyan1-0/+1
AUDMUX expects additional parameters to be configured correctly, so turn it off into a template. Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-08-22ARM: dts: i.MX27: Remove clock name from CPU nodeAlexander Shiyan1-1/+0
Clock name is not needed for "cpufreq-cpu0". Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-08-22ARM: dts: i.MX27: Increase "clock-latency" valueAlexander Shiyan1-1/+1
i.MX27 CPU can be clocked with a 32 kHz quartz, and not just 32768 Hz, so increase "clock-latency" value, which will ensure that we use two clock cycles on frequency change. Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-08-22ARM: dts: i.MX27: Add label to CPU nodeAlexander Shiyan1-1/+1
Add a label to i.MX27 CPU node. This change allows the reuse this node in the upper levels of the DTS. Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
2013-08-22ARM: dts: i.MX27: Remove optional "ptp" clock source for FECAlexander Shiyan1-2/+2
Patch removes optional "ptp" clock source for FEC. This clock is missing in i.MX27. Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
