2020-09-10ARM: dts: am57xx-idk: switch to new cpsw switch drvGrygorii Strashko1-27/+0
Switch all am571/2/4-idk boards to use new cpsw switch driver. Those boards have 2 Ext. port wired and configured in dual_mac mode by default. Hence, dual_mac mode has been preserved the same way between legacy and new driver it's safe to switch drivers. 2020-07-13Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: OMAP DEVICE TREE SUPPORTAlexander A. Klimov1-1/+1
Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. 2020-05-07ARM: dts: am57xx: fix networking on boards with ksz9031 phyGrygorii Strashko1-2/+2
Since commit bcf3440c6dd7 ("net: phy: micrel: add phy-mode support for the KSZ9031 PHY") the networking is broken on boards: am571x-idk am572x-idk am574x-idk am57xx-beagle-x15 All above boards have phy-mode = "rgmii" and this is worked before because KSZ9031 PHY started with default RGMII internal delays configuration (TX off, RX on 1.2 ns) and MAC provided TX delay. After above commit, the KSZ9031 PHY starts handling phy mode properly and disables RX delay, as result networking is become broken. Fix it by switching to phy-mode = "rgmii-rxid" to reflect previous behavior. 2020-05-05ARM: dts: am571x-idk: Add CMA pools and enable IPUs & DSP1 rprocsSuman Anna1-0/+42
The CMA reserved memory nodes have been added for both the IPUs and the DSP1 remoteproc devices on the AM571x IDK board. These nodes are assigned to the respective rproc device nodes, and both the IPUs and the DSP1 remote processors are enabled for this board. The current CMA pools and sizes are defined statically for each device. The addresses chosen are the same as the respective processors on the DRA72 EVM board to maintain firmware compatibility between the two boards. The CMA pools and sizes are defined using 64-bit values to support LPAE. The starting addresses are fixed to meet current dependencies on the remote processor firmwares, and this will go away when the remote-side code has been improved to gather this information runtime during its initialization. An associated pair of the rproc node and its CMA node can be disabled later on if there is no use-case defined to use that remote processor. 2020-05-05ARM: dts: dra7-ipu-dsp-common: Move mailboxes into common filesSuman Anna1-17/+1
The System Mailboxes 5 and 6 and their corresponding child sub-mailbox (IPC 3.x) nodes are enabled in each of the DRA7xx and AM57xx board dts files individually at present. These mailboxes enable the Remote Processor Messaging (RPMsg) communication stack between the MPU host processor and each of the IPU1, IPU2, DSP1 and DSP2 remote processors. Move these nodes into two common dtsi files - dra7-ipu-dsp-common and dra74-ipu-dsp-common files, which are then included in various board dts files. These files can be used to add all the common configuration properties (except memory data) required by remote processor nodes. The memory pools and the remote processor nodes themselves are to be enabled in the actual board dts files. The first file is to used by platforms using DRA72x/DRA71x/AM571x/AM570x SoCs, and the second file is to be used by platforms using DRA74x/DRA76x/AM572x/AM574x SoCs. The second file includes the first file and contains additional data only applicable for DSP2 remote processor. 2019-12-17ARM: dts: am571x-idk: Fix gpios property to have the correct gpio numberKishon Vijay Abraham I1-1/+1
commit d23f3839fe97d8dce03d ("ARM: dts: DRA7: Add pcie1 dt node for EP mode") while adding the dt node for EP mode for DRA7 platform, added rc node for am571x-idk and populated gpios property with "gpio3 23". However the GPIO_PCIE_SWRST line is actually connected to "gpio5 18". Fix it here. (The patch adding "gpio3 23" was tested with another am57x board in EP mode which doesn't rely on reset from host). 2019-06-27ARM: dts: am57xx: Disable voltage switching for SD cardFaiz Abbas1-6/+1
If UHS speed modes are enabled, a compatible SD card switches down to 1.8V during enumeration. If after this a software reboot/crash takes place and on-chip ROM tries to enumerate the SD card, the difference in IO voltages (host @ 3.3V and card @ 1.8V) may end up damaging the card. The fix for this is to have support for power cycling the card in hardware (with a PORz/soft-reset line causing a power cycle of the card). Because the beaglebone X15 (rev A,B and C), am57xx-idks and am57xx-evms don't have this capability, disable voltage switching for these boards. The major effect of this is that the maximum supported speed mode is now high speed(50 MHz) down from SDR104(200 MHz). commit 88a748419b84 ("ARM: dts: am57xx-idk: Remove support for voltage switching for SD card") did this only for idk boards. Do it for all affected boards. Signed-off-by: Faiz Abbas <faiz_abbas@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>

2018-02-28ARM: dts: am57xx-idk: Select pull down for mmc1_clk line in default modeKishon Vijay Abraham I1-1/+1
During a short period when the bus voltage is switched from 3.3v to 1.8v, (to enumerate UHS mode), the mmc module is disabled and the mmc IO lines are kept in a state according to the programmed pad mux pull type. According to 4.2.4.2 Timing to Switch Signal Voltage in "SD Specifications Part 1 Physical Layer Specification Version 5.00 February 22, 2016", the host should hold CLK low for at least 5ms. In order to keep the card line low during voltage switch, the pad mux of mmc1_clk line should be configured to pull down. This is specific to am57xx-idk (and not all dra72/dra74 based boards) since mmc1_clk line in am57xx-idk is not connected to an external pullup. While at that change the order of header files in am571x-idk.dts and am572x-idk.dts so that the modified pinctrl values in am57xx-idk-common could take effect.
