Now that all media documentation was converted to Sphinx, we
should get rid of the old DocBook one, as we don't want people
to submit patches against the old stuff.

Updates for the "Tuners and Modulators", "Video Standards" and
"Digital Video (DV) Timings" sections.
Besides lots of trivial little fixes the main changes are:
- Remove two footnotes from "Video Standards": the first is a discussion
of alternative methods of setting standards, which is pretty pointless
since the standards API is effectively frozen anyway, and the second
points to 'rationale' that makes little or no sense to me.
- Clarify a few things in the "Digital Video (DV) Timings" section.
It was awkwardly formatted as well: there used to be a list with
multiple bullets that has been reduced to a single item, so drop the
list and rewrite that text.

The Video Standard section contains some awkward language. It also wasn't
updated when the error code for unimplemented ioctls changed from EINVAL
to ENOTTY.

The DV Preset API will be phased out in favor of the more flexible DV Timings
API. Mark the preset API accordingly in the header and documentation.

This patch adds a documentation for VIDIOC_{G/S}_SELECTION ioctl. Moreover, the
patch adds the description of modeling of composing, cropping and scaling
features in V4L2. Finally, some examples are presented.

This removes comment tags intended for emacs configuration from
67 files in the Media API DocBook. Such comments are not really
helpful and violate the coding style rules.

This patch addresses several issues pointed by Randy Dunlap
<rdunlap@xenotime.net> at changeset ece722c:
- In the generated index.html file, "media" is listed first, but it
should be listed in alphabetical order, not first.
- The generated files are (hidden) in .tmpmedia/
- The link from the top-level index.html file to "media" is to
media/index.html, but the file is actually in .tmpmedia/media/index.html
- Please build docs with and without using "O=builddir" and test that.
- Would it be possible for media to have its own Makefile instead of
merging into this one?
Due to the way cleandocs target works, I had to rename the media DocBook
to media_api, otherwise cleandocs would remove the /media directory.
