ktest: Add processing of complex conditionals
The IF statements for DEFAULTS and TEST_START sections now handle
complex statements (&&,||)
Example:
TEST_START IF (DEFINED ALL_TESTS || ${MYTEST} == boottest) && ${MACHINE} == gandalf
