KVM: selftests: Add demand paging content to the demand paging test

To improve the demand paging test, add a basic userfaultfd demand paging implementation. Signed-off-by: Ben Gardon <bgardon@google.com> Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
