ASoC: Intel: cht_bsw_rt5672: Add support for Bay Trail CR / SSP0
The rt5672 codec is used on some Bay Trail CR boards, on these SoCs SSP2
is not available and SSP0 should be used instead. At support for this.
This has been tested on a Dell Venue 10 Pro 5055.
