Remove accesses to ccid3_hc_rx_sock in ccid3_hc_rx_{update,calc_first}_li
This is a preparatory patch for moving these loss interval functions from net/dccp/ccids/ccid3.c to net/dccp/ccids/lib/loss_interval.c. Based on a patch by Ian McDonald. Signed-off-by: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@ghostprotocols.net>
