NFS: Cleanup - rename NFS_LAYOUT_RETURN_BEFORE_CLOSE
NFS_LAYOUT_RETURN_BEFORE_CLOSE is being used to signal that a

layout error. Rename it to NFS_LAYOUT_RETURN_REQUESTED in order
to clarify its purpose.
