USB: ftdi_sio: Adding Ewert Energy System's CANdapter PID
The following patch adds in the USB PID for Ewert Energy System's CANdapter device (CANBUS to USB-Serial which uses the FTDI 245R chipset) to the ftdi_sio device driver. The patch was tested successfully on Linux kernel 2.6.27 under Ubuntu.
