spi/xlp: SPI controller driver for Netlogic XLP SoCs
Add SPI Master controller driver for the SPI interface on XLP8XX,
XLP3XX, XLP2XX, XLP9XX and XLP5XX family of Netlogic XLP MIPS64 processors.
