Merge branch 'pci/misc'
- Update the aer-inject URL (Yicong Yang)
- Declare pci_filp_private only when HAVE_PCI_MMAP to avoid unused struct
definition (Krzysztof WilczyĆski)
- Remove unused assignments (Bjorn Helgaas)
