bnx2x: Support of PF driver of a VF q_teardown request
The 'q_teardown' request is basically the opposite of the 'q_setup'. Here the PF driver removes from the device the queue it opened against the VF fastpath ring at 'setup_q' stage, along with all related rx_mode info.
