habanalabs: split mmu/no-mmu code paths in memory ioctl
To make the memory ioctl code more readable, this patch moves the legacy/debug code path of mmu-disabled to a separate function, which is called (if necessary) from the main memory ioctl function. Signed-off-by: Oded Gabbay <oded.gabbay@gmail.com>
