Drivers: hv: vmbus: Treat Fibre Channel devices as performance critical
For performance critical devices, we distribute the incoming channel interrupt load across available CPUs in the guest. Include Fibre channel devices in the set of devices for which we would distribute the interrupt load. Signed-off-by: K. Y.
