Merge branch 'pci/resource'
- Convert pci_resource_to_user() to a weak function to remove
HAVE_ARCH_PCI_RESOURCE_TO_USER #defines (Denis Efremov)
- Use PCI_SRIOV_NUM_BARS for idiomatic loop structure (Denis Efremov)
